The 68th Annual 家展示 is now the WABA betway必威西汉姆联 & 花园展示! We are excited to add outdoor living specialties to the Show this year – which will expand our already dynamic and successful show.
The 花园展示 addition will feature landscaping, lawn and garden related exhibitors on display in the Convention Hall. The home improvement and building related exhibitors will be located in Expo Hall.
We will be assigning exhibitors in different locations this year to keep the Show looking fresh and new. The floorplan has been redesigned to allow for larger and more strategically placed booths throughout the show – including planned placement of retail sales booths in both halls. The floorplan has also been colorized to help you find the right-sized booth, 在合适的位置, 为您展示您的产品和服务.
Booth reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation forms will be date and time stamped as they are received. Booth confirmations will be sent out by May 31, 2021 and contracts will be mailed out no later than the end of June 2021. A 50% deposit will be due with the booth reservation request and payment in full is due by September 15, 2021. Reservations are not guaranteed until they are paid in full. Booths paid in full by July 31, 2021 will receive a 5% discount.
The first 10 days of registration is open to WABA members only. WABA members also receive a 10% discount on their booth (up to $200) and an extra 5% discount if paid in full by July 31, 2021.

■ 花园展示: Designing outdoor living spaces has grown to become an important part of today’s homes. Getting a start on that backyard remodel starts with connecting with professionals in landscaping, lawn and garden related industries at the WABA betway必威西汉姆联 & 花园展示.
■ Early Move-in: Booths that are 400 square feet or larger will be allowed to start moving in on Monday afternoon after 2:00 p.m. 参展商的展位
less than 400 square feet can start moving in on Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. Smaller booths will require special permission for early move-in.
■ VIP Night: Our annual VIP night for WABA members will be held on the floor of the show this year so they can visit the booths and connect with the exhibitors. The show will close to the general public at 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 3, 2022 and reopen from 6 to 8 p.m. 所有WABA会员及参展商. Ticket prices will be $30 to attend and a cash bar will be available. Attendees will be given wristbands as they check in and will need one to be able to eat and purchase alcohol.
■ Exhibitor Lounge: There will be a space located upstairs next to the 家展示 office for exhibitors to relax or have something to eat. Coffee and water will be available to vendors throughout the show. Other refreshments will be available from 9 to 10 a.m. 在星期五、星期六和星期天早上.
■ WABA 成员 First: Special consideration is being offered to WABA members during the first 10 days of registration. Subsequently, registration will be open to both members and non-members. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
■ Ticket Prices: Ticket prices for the show are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and $4 for children. Four-day passes will be available for $18 for adults and $14 for seniors. 5 p后入院.m. on Friday and Saturday will include a free pass for an additional day admission.
■ Show Hours: The show opens to the public on Thursday 1 to 5 p.m.; Friday & 周六的10.m. 7 p.m.; and Sunday 10 a.m. 4 p.m.
■ Special Promotions: Senior Day – Thursday Discount admission of $6.65岁及以上为50岁. Hero Day – Friday We honor active and retired military personnel, 消防队员, 医学专家, police officers and first responders with free admission all day. ■ Kid’s Build: This hands-on interactive experience for children is designed to spark curiosity and interest in the building trades. Varied activities will be led and sponsored by the WABA Professional Women in Building Council.
■ Sponsorship Opportunities: Exhibitor Lounge Sponsors – $300 (One for each day – Thursday through Sunday) Sponsors will get signs with their logos placed throughout the Exhibitor Lounge recognizing them for their sponsorship. Sponsors will also receive recognition in the Exhibitors Packet.
